Very familiar, proficient and experienced mobile experts who are non-robotic lol and who will give you a great honest recommendation. Store is usually slow or even empty so there’s time to have a good rundown/conversation of what you want and will get. You don’t feel rushed here or like you’re just another customer. At the other T-Mobile by Raley’s I felt like they just wanted to pick my pockets and then get me the hell out of there LoL. This location is for sure the one to go to.
