I Love the employees of this store. Every one of them were extremely helpful and customer service oriented. The employees went above and beyond to help make my transition easy from my previous cellular provider. I like the fact that if they didn’t know the answer to one of my difficult questions, they were willing to acknowledge that and quickly obtained the answer to my question instead of making assumptions. They not only ported my phone from my previous provider, but, the quality of my service coverage has increased from one signal strength bar at home to 4 bars. And I am paying 50% less for the same service. Thank you T-Mobile for making my customer experience a pleasant one.

Tech support has been very helpful Still debating my choice of signing up for the internet service, although it has improved. Maybe they tweaked it for me.Have been rather pleased with cellular service… going on two years.

This location is not good at all. I really wish establishments simply provided basic customer service. My husband pre-ordered the iPhone pro max as well as upgraded his mother’s line back in November which was conducted by a sales associate by the name of Dillion. Since then, his mother’s phone was received via mail but his never came. Tried calling customer service & they couldn’t find any purchase history which is weird because we have the original receipt of purchase in hand. They of course were no help. So we call this location (where the phone was originally purchased) and they were no help either. Apparently they can’t discuss account info over the phone? Since when? And was stating he needs to come in but we recently moved & it’s over an hour away. We were told a manager would look into it but of course we never heard anything back. We tried calling again & the associate couldn’t give us any info on who & when the manager would be in to help. This is incredibly frustrating when they were quick to take the money but now that we need assistance, no one can help.Very unhappy
