These people don’t know how to do their jobs at all!I went to the store to see if they could help me unlock my new iPhone that automatically locked itself when putting in an old android SIM card. They gave me a bunch of excuses that they couldn’t help me or that I should go to where I got the phone from to get help.They didn’t even bother giving a single try on helping to fix the locked phone. Not even a small advice on how to deal with the situation personally by myself. I went back home and the very first thing that popped into my mind was to reset the entire phone and see if it would fix the issue. Turns out, it actually did! A simple answer for a simple problem and these employees in the store are just there for a pretty face and nothing short of unskillful people in there. I highly recommend to avoid going there if you wanna save yourself the headache of dealing with people that don’t even know what they signed up for.

Dont waste your time coming here. Employee seem to be too lazy to work. They only have one customer but still they want you come back in half in hour to just look at the phone. I will filling a complaint with their cooperate office. 3 employee including manager but still cant provide assistance to buy a phone on top they told me goto different store. Doesnt make sense what customer services is this.
