Employee were nice, first go in line was told the phone we wanted to trade in was in stock waited 45 minutes after being told we were next and only one person was ahead of us to find out the phone was not in stock and then had to have it shipped and charged for shipping. Very happy, It was my birthday and I need to start building credit & I needed a new phone, so I went down to the Sprint store and Marilyn welcomed me and told me how much everything will be . She was very friendly and helpful & I got new service with a LG G6 in no time. I live the service I been to Sacramento and back with LTE working. Voice calling is clear and for the price you can’t beat Sprint . Marilyn gave me all my info and a paper showing me the bill and charges . With that it’s just what she said my next month bill is $98 with the phone, unlimited data, and Free Hulu. Thank you Sprint in Lodi CA & Thank you Marilyn

T-mobile merged with Sprint today the customer service was great. I was greeted quickly and only waited a short time as there were other people ahead of me. That was not a problem. They handled my situation quickly and they were aware I had an appointment. Great service I would recommend getting an appointment just so they are aware and you are in the right place since the have merged together.
