Be careful with what the associate say about deals might be lies to sell you a phone had gone in to upgrade my phone was told by one get one free would take a month to go through when it finally went through T-Mobile Associates on the phone told me that promotion does not exist

I went in to this location to add a line and a tablet. Alessandro was the best. T-Mobile was having trouble making it happen in their system, so Alessandro made me a promise that he would make it happen. Well it took a few hours, but Alessandro made good on his promise, spent a few hours of his own time on the phone with T-Mobile. I highly recommend Alessandro to anyone looking for service, he was energetic, fun and never gave up. Definitely gained my business any time I’m back in town. Thanks again
