I came in to trade in an old phone and make an upgrade and had such a great experience. Yeah there was a bit of a wait time but that’s what I expected, especially since apple just released their new phones a lot of people were going in to upgrade. The staff acknowledges you right as you enter the door and tries to keep things moving in a timely manner. I was helped by several employees, one I believe his name is Joseph. All were so great and patient with me. I ended up going back a few times and each time was a great experience!
