Ivan, who helped my wife and me purchase new phones, was superb start to finish, including next day exchange for different model due to buyer’s remorse. An associate, Damara, who initially received me on subsequent day of exchange, was terrible. At first she asked for my receipt even though their printer was broken the day before. Then said finding my emailed receipt was only way to recall transaction. After searching my phone for a bit she then relented and asked what was my phone number. To which she replied there was nothing showing in their system that I’d been there yesterday….fortunately Ivan arrived just then and took care of everything, proficiently and nicely—including not assessing a restocking fee to which Damara initially said I would be subject.
