This is my go too t-mobile store. Jenny the store manager was very knowledgeable and patient. I went in cause i was having issues with my phone. She convinced me to upgrade my phone and informed me that i had an offer in my account to add a line for free. I was a little skeptical at the offer at first cause i have had things added to my account in the past without me knowing which caused some billing issues. Thankfully, Sprint has WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE and they were able to fix my account (Hopefully, T-mobile’s is just as good). Jenny took the time to show me the offer in my account to prove that offer actually existed in my account. This was perfect timing cause i was thinking about adding my girlfriend to my account and getting her a new device for Christmas. I would recommend anyone go there and ask Jenny. SHE’S AWESOME!!!!!

Warning!!!!!!!!Avoid this store at all cost, Dont say no one warned you when your lied to sold fake plans and phones that your really not getting. Jennifer worst store manager admits to her staff mistakes but wont make it right, dont be puzzled by her quiteness she will eat your heart alive, dont care for customers slightest bit. Waisted over 15 hours to figure my mess CANT BE RESLOVED AND JUST RETURN EVERYTHING not worth go to store down the street….
