Poor customer service ever!!! Manager does not know what his doing nor employees. They wrote a note stating that i have a water damage on my phone which I don’t. One employee said i have to pay more for phone damage and call insurance. I left the store, I called insurance to do another warranty and told them what happened. They also said only warehouse people can see if i have a water damage not the store. They were able to remove the notes. The Insurance workers was able to exchange my new phone to another location where i was only get to pay $5. GO TO LAKE MERRITT T-Mobile STORE so much better service and nicer people!

Compared to the other store at fruitvale station, this location has given me good customer service. Although they don’t have a lot of parking I now understand why customers still come here. The staff is great! Everyone is knowledgeable about their promotions and are on point. Great positive and friendly environment.
