Love that the staff are wearing masks and they’re requiring people to wear masks and adhering to the social distancing. The store was pretty quite. We maybe waited 10 minutes. Not bad for a store with only one representative present. Christina at the front desk welcomed us in. I needed a phone upgrade and I got it. She was so cheerful and answered all my questions.Not only did I get a phone upgrade, I also got a screen protector and phone case that was on clearance!!! What a deal and she saved me $30 by waving the activation fee! The store looked very clean and neat. My transaction with Christina went quite smoothly!!! A 1 customer service!!!

Stood outside in the rain for half an hour to be told they wouldn’t be able to help me because they were going to close soon. They should’ve come out and told everyone in line at 630 that they wouldn’t be able to help anyone else. Considering switching to a company that doesn’t have you wait in the rain. They should have a text system or something because that was ridiculous.
