Hans made this the quickest and most pleasant experience I had at a T-mobile. Very quick, helpful and concise with the information. In and out in less than 20 minutes exchanging a phone and resolving multiple problems. Definitely coming back here for anything I need.

The following review from 03/03/21 was deleted within the last day, 03/04/21:I’ve never had such a bad customer service interaction in my life. I asked to return a product (within policy guidelines) and the individual assisting me bullied me about it the whole five minutes of my politely waiting for what would typically be considered a very legitimate and commonplace transaction to be completed. I received the refund, of course, but left the store completely astounded.

Worst experience ever. Employees did not greet me they just looked at me and did not approach me until minutes later. I’ve never felt so unwanted at a store. Please hire people who want to work only and want to help people. asked for an acc and employee just pointed their finger to where it was. Dont waste your time going to that location. Had to put one star because i cant give you zero stars.
