Store is clean and they keep the Covid protocols. I’ve experienced a good service with the people from this store. I would recommend it to people looking for good phone rates and just a better value overall. The schedule system is easy to use and they usually have open slots every time I need to service my account or just pay my bill. Plenty of parking unlike the other stores In the area.

I transferred 2 lines from Verizon to T mobile and upgraded iPhone 7 to IPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max to iPhone 12 Pro Max. Bruce, the manager, told me it would cost around $100. Per month for Magetta 55 +. I agreed and he let Patrick to handle the deal. Patrick charged me around $109 including $200 for tax. I signed the deal and he REFUSED to give me the receipt. He said I was RUDE because I kept asking the receipt that I signed on the computer. He asked me to call 611 for Customer Service to get the receipt. It turned out he charged me $119/ month (not $109) as I signed the 24 months deal. Now I get stuck with the deal and I don’t still have the receipt.I will get the bill in 2 months. If he charged me $130 or more a month, I cannot dispute with him because I signed the blank check and he just entered any number he wants. It was my first time to deal with T-Mobile. I am not sure whether any customers got the receipts after they signed the 24 months deal. Patrick said I can cancel the deal in 14 days and he already kept my 2 old phones and I get stuck with the deal.5-6-21I sent two emails on 2 consecutive days to the email address below, but nothing happened. I was told somebody would contact me, but I did not hear anything at all.5-11-21I called and talked to Bruce, the T-Mobile manager, who suggested me to bring the bill of $119 (instead of $109) when I received it. He will give the credit of 1 time for $240.00 ($10 x 24 months = $240.). I trust Bruce and wait that he will tgive me back the credit of $240.
