I’ve always found the young ladies there to be very helpful and courteous. And quite honestly I found that at a number of locations I’ve visited in San Francisco but I’m quite sure you would find that to be true throughout the country, I just found them always be very helpful and courteous I’d be surprised if you didn’t.

I came here to upgrade my mother’s phone to to the iPhone 12 for mother’s day. Worst experience ever. The team spent over a hour trying to migrate from iPhone X to the new phone. Eventually, we needed to call a TMobile agent for assistance to guide them through the process. They then tried to force me to sign up for insurance and pay for a new SIM card, which the TMobile agent on the phone told them to provide for free. Unfortunately, they refused. I ended walking out with my old phone, what a bunch of clowns.
