Absolutely terrible customer service. Shame on them. I have been with sprint customer service over the phone for over an hour and they contacted this store specifically to help me, and i called the store my self to let them know that i am on my way but they shut the door in my face right at closing time and refused to help me even though i was sent by sprint instructions at that exact time. There were at least 5 people in the store and absolutely doing nothing beside cleaning phones and clearly just don’t want to help customers or respectfully represent sprint and are just there to get there pay check, be rude, laugh, and get back home as early as possible.

Always hoping for a great in-store customer service experience but rarely find it. However, this last Saturday I went into this location no appointment and had one of the best in-store customer service experiences. At first I was a little nervous but had some real cool folks help me out with my insurance claim. I would definitely recommend this location over any other in San Francisco! Thank you!

Super helpful crew. They helped me transfer from using my droid to a new iPhone 11 easily. They were very helpful altogether and worked as a team. It was evident and noticeable.. I haven’t seen that in a while anywhere I go… Thanks for the amazing service…
