Excellent experience Samantha was the employee who assisted me. She was helpful, patient, kind, and sincere my entire visit. My son of 6 years old was constantly trying to get her attention, he isn’t very patient She was so sweet and let him draw on sticky notes while we tried to work out my issue. She is an employee who went above and beyond to give me outstanding customer service! Thank you for your assistance and kindness Samantha!

This shopping center has been bought by a developer. Future plans including a school and more high density housing (don’t see how the school will be filled due the fact that it is impossible for families to start in this area). But because of that I can see why having a good stock of various prices of phones is not worth it.. Really frustrating having to make important calls only for phone carriers to only be focused on 5g and merging. Staff was nice. But they are always very young and still have yet to know any better.so much for being a loyal customer of 13 years. Screw loyalty.
