Horrible customer service, 3 employees were present as we pulled up to the store. When they saw us the 2 employees that were free went into the back. The remaining employee went to the back to ask someone to help us while he helped his customer. About 3 minutes he again walked to the back to ask someone to help. When the employee finally emerged another customer walked in. She made a bee line to help him. The original employee let us know we were already waiting. She refused to come to us and signed the other non black customer first. Eventually she came to us as we were talking she rushed us the entire time then interrupted and asked could she help us since we were there to buy a new phone and he needed something quickly. We asked another question and she says we’ll my system isn’t working so maybe you should check online and went to help the non black customer. This about sums up the horrible customer service my husband and I experienced from Rose at TMobile today. Black customers enter at your own risk. I will never go back.
