too lazy to look for the specific phone for me at other stores near by. told me all stores wont have it yet. I told her a store had one last week. then says will they didnt have it at that store. I’m that’s the reason why I’m telling to check if near by stores have any in stock. I had to call another store myself and of course they had it in stock. Only store that wont let people in at all too. No help!

When T Mobile sent me a survey text I mistakenly gave them a bad review in confusion that they sent me survey for the t mobile store on Shaw and Brawley.I want to apologize and say that they helped me with care, they were super friendly and attended my needs unlike the other store. They helped me out very quickly, I had no trouble with them and attended me exactly how I wanted and had what I wanted. Recommend them 100% if you’re looking for a store in Fresno.
