The phone service is good, but the customer service is even better.

They made us wait 45 mins before letting us in the store.

Cheyenne is the best! She helped me navigate the right cell choice for me and my 84 y/old mother. Thank you for all your help Cheyenne!

They made us wait 45 mins before letting us in the store. Chris finally let us in and he would not help us at all. They should have asked the right questions at the door in stead of making me waist my time. I’m very displeased and will be looking at changing my service to a different company. They are loosing a good customer. DON’T WAIST MY TIME!

Might as well keep your doors locked. Just employees inside the entire building and you must wait outside a half hour or more to walk in and cash out a phone I called in for. I’m just ordering the phone online. Whoever is in charge of the place and made the decision to keep the doors LOCKED, might as well just lay everyone off and tell every customer to order online. I will never step my foot in this brick and morter establishment due to the superior that made that poor decision. I went to buy a phone MONTHS ago and the same thing. So I ordered online.
