Purchased a Galaxy A52 and other accessories to go along with it, staff was helpful the whole way. Process was slow but that was due to my own indecisiveness early into my visit. Despite that the visit felt fast with quick but great service. Pretty much the location to go to for T-Mobile service.

A year ago, in 2020, Leo he works at the Lancaster location, at T-Mobile helped out my mom and me two times already, and we enjoyed his company like we have known him for years. He has a friendly spirit too. We hope he never leaves either because he does an excellent job at helping customers.
