I came in to have a screen protector replaced, now for the 3rd time in 3wks.. but that’s another issue. The gentlemen who helped me, Tim, was great! He replaced it super quick, and told me about getting a free active watch 2. He was beyond patient, my card kept having issues w/the billing address. He helped me go threw and try MULTIPLE old address/zip codes, ( I recently moved to SLO and hadn’t changed everything over, or apparently anything ever)In any case, it all got resolved ,the watch is on its way. I would just like to give kudos out to him, & say Thank you!

the people that work at this particular T-Mobile store are absolutely hands down amazing not only are they very knowledgeable but they’re extremely friendly and was able to not only get me the phone that I didn’t ask for originally but got me a better one based off of what I was looking for in a phone go to this T-Mobile store if you want great customer service and comfort in the knowledge that you’re getting the phone that you really want thank you again!
