Came here to fix an issue from a purchase at another store. They were extremely helpful in resolving it. I called ahead of time and they informed me the phone was in stock.. Dion did everything right and efficiently. Thank you! The other representative that helped me was also nice. All the representatives were friendly and attentive with customers. It was fast and easy.

The workers here do NOT know what they are doing. My father went in after processing a new FREE line over the phone and all he needed was a new SIM card. They would not let him leave with out “activating” the SIM card not letting him know that they added an ADDITIONAL line to his plan. He was there for hours for nothing. Definitely avoid this store if you can. Even the customer service agent admitted that these workers do not know what they are doing. What a joke of a store.
