One of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Me and my 71 year old grandmother went here and asked for a new phone because her charging port on her phone wasn’t working. The person who helped us, Nik Chalmers, was extremely rude and gave her a nasty attitude. He treated her very poorly and didn’t help up out one bit! He wasn’t even paying attention at times and sometimes ignored us when we asked him questions. We never received the phone as of yet and are still waiting for a response from T-Mobile. A terrible experience; and If I would, I would rate 0 stars.

Terrible, rude, don’t care attitude. Sprint has really gone downhill in the last 5 years. Online website is a joke, over complicated log in process. Can never do what they say by yourself always need to call outside the US numbers with hard to understand filipinos or DR. Signal coverage was terrible but gotten a little better. Phone selection sucks. My visit today totally failed calling Sprint I was told to go to my local store but the store said even newest phones they don’t stock much of the basics like correct SIM cards.
