Hands down the best experience ever!!! You can’t go wrong if you ask for either Carlos ( there’s two). Initially they didn’t have the phone I needed and they went out of their way to pick one up while we were doing paperwork. Both of them helped me get the best plan and devices for my money which actually helped me save. Would definitely recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to feel pressured or sold. Great work guys we are super happy we found the right t-mobile store.

They were excellent! I went in because I was locked out of my phone and couldn’t get in for a whole day! He fixed the issue with no problem…plus I got this nice Tmobile bag being that it was tuesday!

The worst store I’ve came across. Most of the employees are very rude and the y seem like they do not want to help anyone. They do less than the bare minimum I’ve had issues with 2 employees mainlyEmily and another girl with the name Y .. Ugly people inside and out how is the store getting service. There’s only 1 person that’s truly genuine. Go to any other store trust me
