On 12/17 at 12:15pm I walked in with my daughter, the male employee (I don’t know his name as he wasn’t wearing a name badge) rather than greeting me he asked me to wait outside. I assumed this was due to capacity I wouldn’t know for sure as he didn’t explain why. after a few minutes the same employee came to the door and asked what I needed assistance with I told him I was there for an upgrade he told me it would be a 40-50 minute wait. I explained the wait would be too long and I would go to another store. I believe the employee should have recommended making an appointment or at least asked what device I was looking for to make sure it was in stock so to avoid having a customer wait 40 minutes in line to only be told they didn’t have it in stock. I now see why this location has such a low rating compared to it’s surrounding locations.
