This place used to be really good Christian always new his promotion numbers and his product I went in and I can say worse experience ever. This place’s good with certain employees but I had a run in with an employee recently , I believe her name is Valarie. She had to go back n forth with coworkers about deals on what they can or cannot do like (if she’s new i asked her she said she’s been over an year)and she don’t know her deals, an personally I feel she does not know how to keep up good work ethics with customers. She don’t know her sales, number, & frankly rude,. I heard her talking about other customers that had left the store when I got there. Honestly think she needs a new job!. Because of that. The store has a horrible review cause of her.. Sorry not sorry. Step it up or step down valerie.. if it was possible I’d give no star. Horrible experience only go to Caldwell store now!!
