Staff did all they could but still wasn’t enough. Since th merge & just prior to.. been trying to get my voicemail back customer care cant figure it out. Changed sim card back to sprint. Omg! What a mess. Voicemail is crucial in my line of work. Time to chexk out other cell service companies. ♀️

I’ve been to several T-Mobile stores for questions regarding plans and service. Many weren’t good until I found this location.I’ve never had T-Mobile until I went here a month ago as I wanted to get it for my mom. I purchased the $15 dollar plan. The service is outstanding. The rep who helped me out, her name is Issy. She got my mom on the T-Mobile plan within fifteen minutes. Issy is friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions.I felt safe inside. They explained the rules when I entered regarding wearing masks and social distancing.I prefer this T-Mobile Location. Issy is a great rep. I recommend her.

The customer service here is not great. I’ve been to the store twice in the past two weeks since moving from Texas and Jorge is so unhelpful. My phone was shut off today again and I asked for a paper copy of the bill, I supplied my ID and they still wouldn’t give me the account number or any information because the bill was in my wife’s name (she died in August). My name was also on the account with my phone number and they were more than willing to take my payment. My friend went to the store with me to help me because I am disabled, when she asked him to speak up because she is deaf and told him she would stand back in order to read his lips he refused to pull down his mask siting the cameras saying he would get in trouble. He then walked over to the other clerk and they spoke Spanish and he came back. I called the store in Texas and they were more than willing to help me from 1,400 miles away. I won’t be going back to this store again.
