I’m t mobile customer from over 7 years with 12 lines talk to customer service need to replace 3 week old hotspot they said to go into store and replace it they even called store I guess girl there works name Liz said she is manager refuse to do it cuz she needs receipt and box customer service apologized her rude behavior and send me to another store on Cochran no issues for them replacing he even pulled my receipt Note to store owner you are losing business. I live across street adding more business lines and hotspot’s you just lost big customer

The sprint merger is a mess, can’t even get help in the store anymore. Systems are always down or they don’t have sprint inventory.
