I bought a phone from Marcos Rojo on 9/17/20 and unfortunately I had to return it, and Marco had no problem assisting me with that, I received a receipt for the purchase and return. Almost 2 months later, Customer service was telling me that I owe over $150 after five calls to customer service number I finally decided to call Marco and tell him what was going on. Marco just asked me to send him the receipt and he will take care of it. Within a half an hour Marco had called me and told me that he took the time to assist me even though I returned the phone. If I was ever going to change providers I would definitely change to T-Mobile and I would definitely use Marcos and go wherever he is. Marcos gave me excellent service and cared about me even though I returned the phone.
