I was extremely satisfied with Veronica’s service yesterday, 2/10/21! I was switching over to T Mobile for the first time from Metro PCS along with 3 other people from AT&T and we were all also getting new phones based off different promo deals. Veronica was very helpful in answering the million questions me and my plan members had. We were a bit confused about the credit deals we were getting but she took the time to make sure we understood. She was also very friendly the entire time and had great customer experience. While she was typing up information for us on the computer, she was also still greeting customers walking in the door, she’s amazing! Thanks to Veronica, we had a great first experience with T Mobile!
