I have to share a, not so recent, experience with this place. I came in a Verizon customer looking to make a switch. I have 3 accounts that I was looking to move. I didn’t get very far at all. Long story short, their customer service skills were somewhat lacking. As a business owner myself I understand that I have choices. I made the choice to walk out and never return. Business should be earned.
