We finally got our own lines after being stuck in a family plan for a couple of years and after talking to customer service they advised us to go into a store directly because our situation would be better handled in store.I purposely researched a T-Mobile store close to our home that had good reviews because all the other stores that are close by have terrible ones. Well I have to say that this T-Mobile store also joins the list of horrible customer service.First off we walked in and both employees rushed to put their masks on. Secondly we weren’t even greeted or asked how we could be helped until I initiated the conversation. Both ladies looked like they weren’t interested in providing any customer service. Basically I was told there was nothing they can do I should call customer service again. Also their “deals” for new customers were not the same then what I was offered over the phone, which I am not sure how that works since this isn’t a third party store.Long story short I got our problem solved over the phone with an amazing deal as a new customer. Never again well I set foot in this store or any other store and I will be calling corporate tomorrow to let them know that they really need to work on the service that is provided at their brick and mortar stores.

If I could give less I would. Preordered 2 phones through this store. I was told shipping could not go to my home and it was shipped to the store. The store was closed when the shipment arrived so the inventory went back to T-Mobile warehouse where they allocated my phones to other customers. I waited 2 months to be told that I wouldn’t receive the phone I wanted. Instead I settled for a model with lower specs (which they said was the same exact specs as the one I had ordered). There was no ETA or availability for the phone I had originally ordered. In addition, I was told that I could only receive one phone because my account didn’t have a large enough credit line to reorder both phones. The associate told me that she called up to corporate to see if there was anything that could be done but there was no possible fix. She called me back 5 minutes after our previous call saying she called into T-Mobile. When I got home, I called t-mobile myself only to find out that everything that was done was out of policy. The customer service representative told me that the phones should have been shipped to my residence. Second, they were able to double my credit line to properly re-order both phones for me. If you know how to wipe your own @$$, save your money and go to a different store that knows proper procedure and customer service.

It was fantastic service with helpfulness bilingual Vietnamese and English for this place. Tmobile offering $40/a line for basic The lady got me sign up 3 lines for $140/ 3 lines for unlimited 4G LTE that was great. I came to ask for promotion and got it. Thanks lady, please keep it up.
