Just pick a free bag from T-mobile Tuesday but I got a BAD experience or customer service from Anglica. I am not sure that is her name. She covered her name tag and will not give me the store phone number. Even though I knew I could get it easily but I just want to test her customer service skill. Her attitude is REALLY BAB. She should not worked by herself and unsupervised. May be she ONLY deal with many Vietnamese customers and they did not reported her ATTITUDE. I am 12 years customer with T-mobile and never see a T-mobile employee like her. Please re-train her so I will be the LAST one to go through this experience and will not DAMAGED T-Mobile name. Thank you.
