This review is for Allen. I called because I had traded in my phone a few days ago. I had taken out my SD card prior to turning it in after which they factory wiped the phone. Apparently, because I didn’t decrypt the card prior to the factory wipe, I lost 2 years of photos. Talking to Allen, I asked if there’s anything they could do. He was incredibly rude and unsympathetic. I proposed that this was something they should tell their customers about. And he merely replied that that’s something customers are responsible for. He said, he’s never even heard of the issue.First, Allen was incredibly uninformed for an t-mobile employee. Second, if you don’t know anything about the issue, I’d imagine that you would try to learn more and ask around before you make such a clear and certain judgment about the matter. That seems all the more pertinent when you’re dealing with a customer whose had a terrible experience. Very disappointed and upset.
