This is a hub store in a busy area so it’s crowded most of the time… Be prepared to wait and be patient… This is a physically large space that accommodates a decent amount of people even during covid times… sometimes due to volume it might take a few minutes for them to check you in or to even realize that you are there… You just have to navigate The waters and make yourself known… Once that’s done, service is fine, friendly, and competent… They were able to resolve my issue with a new phone fairly quickly and to my satisfaction… going to places like this is not always pleasant but you have to look at the whole picture and what you get in the end… No problem
