Went in to this location to finally be done with AT&T after years (with them since it was Cingular) of being over charged and dealing with poor customer service. Frankly, I was skeptical that T-Mobile would be any different.Juan B. proved to me that there still is caring customer service in this world. He set me up in transferring (porting) all my lines over and explained the benefits of the plan that would work best for me and my family. He also made sure I was aware of every promotion and offer that I was eligible for. He laid everything out simply for me, step by step.Of course AT&T didn’t make it easy for me. Even though they told me my phones were unlocked, one was still not unlocked. Juan B. waited patiently while I had to talk to AT&T (one last time) for 40 minutes, for them to unlock my phone (the same phone they assured me was unlocked). When I was done, Juan B. was ready to pick up right where we left off. Glad to finally be out from under the dark cloud of AT&T (at one time I had their TV, internet, home phone, and mobile-now I have none).Thank you to Juan B. and the staff at the T-Mobile store for great customer service.

I love this location, staff is so friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I had a really nice associate named Monica help me and she was able to answer all my questions. She was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. I would highly recommend this location
