I was having some issues over the weekend with my work phone (which is on the Sprint network), so I took it in to have a look at because I figured that would be faster than putting in a ticket with our IT department and having them sit on it for god knows how long.When I walked into the sprint store I was quickly greeted by a friendly member of the staff who was ready to help me out right away. They cleared out some of the stuff that was on the phone that didn’t need to be there, and suggested I get a new memory card as mine was almost full and was probably slowing my phone down.All in all, it was a quick and inexpensive fix so I left a happy customer!

This sprint store is the best! I usually do all my phone bill or upgrades over the phone to save time, but this sprint store had my back.Hiriam, who deserves a raise, was extremely helpful and made sure my family and I got the best deals possible! He saved me A LOT of money and will definitely have to come back here if I decide to make any other changes. He was also very patient, genuine and knowledgeable. I walked out of the sprint store satisfied knowing that my time there was well spent. You can trust that people know what they are doing and that you won’t have some random charge on your bill you’ll have to call about later.
