Norm Reeves Honda in HB is great!! The whole staff are friendly, efficient, except for 1 person. The guy in the light Grey uniform shirt driving the cars back to the customer’s. He drives the cars back wreckkessly!!!!!!! I wanted to tell the manager, so maybe this can shed some light.

30 minutes its all it took for my service needs! I walked in here on my lunch break around 3 o’clock, yeah i know late lunch, lol. Got acknowledge right away and was told someone would be with me momentary [10 minutes later] I was speaking and being help by Edith. Great gal, she help me with the purchase and activation of my daughters new iphone XR. Everything was a breeze in and out under 30 minutes on a lunch hour, that is unheard of! I will admit I knew exactly what I was going in there for and did my research on; who, what, where, when, why and some times how! Thank you T-mobile staff and thank you Edith, you were a kind person with a positive attitude.
