Once I entered the store, I felt very welcomed from all the staff there. They were excellent by helping me setting up everything on my new phone, and answered all my questions by their proficiency. They seemed really busy at the time, but were still patiently helping me. I will definitely visit this store again, the best T-Mobile service I have ever received!!!!

Terrible customer service and a lousy whatever attitude. With the pandemic still around, I am trying my best to limit contact with people outside of my household and so I called ahead to ask all my questions to minimize the back and forths for when I do arrive at the store. The representative who took my phone call was impatient and even told me to go figure it out myself. In the end, I asked them how many Iphone 11s do they have in stock as I prefer to walk out with the phone the same day versus having to wait 3 days to pick up my phone. His response to this was i’m helping another customer right now please call me back later. I am astonished that he would stop what he was doing to pick up the phone and give me half of his attention. I later called the T-Mobile store in the marketplace and the level of support I received was night and day.
