I had a horrible Sprint experience. I went into this store on 4/2/21. I was treated above and beyond by a specific representative, Stephanie Noon. She took a bad situation and made my day. In addition to her dispute mediation skills, her interactions with customers should be a paragon for future training. Other reps were cool too.

Went in for a trade in promotion. Clearly said I didn’t want protection 360. Didn’t sign for it and nowhere on my receipt says it was added. 1.5 months later I get a bill for one month + a prorated month starting 3 days after my purchase. Coincidence? I think not. Thankfully Tmo’s account management is really straight forward and easy to read, it was obvious there was a change. Never had this problem with any of the other T-Mobile stores I’ve gone to. It’s a well stocked store with quick service but I’d recommend ordering online (or in app) for store pickup so you have full control and awareness of your account.
