Walked in the store with new earbuds that were a gift, we were having problems with them, Jerry helped us, he explained what the problem was, he was very helpful, he explained what he could do and what he couldn’t do, but in the end he was able to accomplish our needs, great employee, great customer service with a smile on his face

Guy who helped me , didn’t even say his name was not helpful at all just was adding more stuff to sell to me and didn’t even describe what i had in my plan or mentioned he added insurance and a jump plan. When i would ask questions he would just seemed bothered. I was pressured inti getting something i really didn’t want.
