In the store as I’m writing this and I swear every time we come in here no one can ever be serviced without interruption. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS someone needs a recap or a “refresher” on their systems or how to do something or how to process a payment. It’s like the reject location, where if they can’t make it elsewhere they send the employees to this store. Every answer is “oh really?” like it’s new information being told to them even though I’m sure theyve been trained on this information or process a plethora of times before. Also I go to different stores and NEVER are the employees as clueless as this location – all the policies and protocols are different than any other location and they “never know why”. It’s ridiiiiiiiiiculous
