Today, my husband and I was helped by Jessica and she was very informative and friendly! We have been a long time T-Mobile customers, it was time for an upgrade phone and we add a new line for my niece. Jessica was very helpful and meticulous! We really appreciate the GREAT Customer service that we received from Jessica. We would definitely recommend our family and friends to this location. We can tell, Jessica take prides in her work and took her time to assist us get our newest and lastest phones!

So I just started a company and was just gonna open another line for business purposes but was a little weary about paying a bit much for my 2 personal lines that I already have plus this one I was gonna newly open. I always have a great experience with all the staff there but one team member stood out in particular, Maleni. And thankfully that Maleni not only convinced me to open a business account, she also got me some awesome promo deals that were gonna save me money and get the phones that I wanted. So I ended up adding 3 phones lines for some of my employees instead of just the one! Very knowledgeable, polite and professional young lady she is, also with the customers best interests at hand is an invaluable trait to have as a T mobile staff member. I live in La Mesa so I literally drive pass another T mobile location just to come to the university square t mobile because I know as soon as I walk this location that she’s got me covered! As my company grows I feel confident in continuing my business with T-Mobile especially at this location! Blessings you guys!
