I came here a couple weeks ago and Chad (sorry if I got it wrong) helped me and my mom. I was there to buy her a new phone but unfortunately they did not have it in stock. I really appreciated Chad going above and beyond for us . He offered to have it shipped to our home but that wasn’t an option for us. He looked up other stores and even called about 3 stores for us to see if they had it in stock so they can hold it for us. Nobody seemed to have the phone we wanted but he still kept looking for us and managed to find one around the area that we live in! I am so appreciative towards him for taking the time to do that! He even managed to help me lower my phone bill and that’s always great ! I will be coming back to this T-mobile and referring friends here because of his great customer service and his attentiveness. Thank you Chad !

When your salesman can’t be bothered to look up the customers account in order to buy a phone. And couldn’t care less whether the customer buys the phone or not. Felt like I was just talking to a wall. Took my business to another location.
