I walked in to this location and right away I was greeted by Christian and Elliot. Christian helped me in choosing an upgrade for a phone that best fit my needs after I was long over due for a new iPhone, and he was very friendly and welcoming. Elliot was very kind and help me transfer and sync my new phone and and kept me updated as the process went along. It’s been a week and I very please with the service and new phone. Great staff and will return again if I ever help again.

T-mobile was great..guy there was very helpful..in the period of time i was purchasing my new phone..(money that Metro didn’t want) someone show up..a lady very upset cause she had lost her charger….t-mobile staff member help her with another one…(free) great move..we need lots of caring now at Days..lady had just lost a member of her family of covid19

I went in the store because my phone was having technical problems, I was the first customer in,about 10:15 the store manager Abraham was very nice and helpful and said that I was eligible for a new phone at no cost with trade in I said it sounds great so he transferred all my data from my old phone and said I had 30 dollars credit that goes with it, so he got phone cover for it, I got finished with all the transferred about 12:20pm. Went back to work and went home, I tried to make a phone call and couldn’t make a call so I called T-mobile, I was on hold for 40minutos the operator said he’d transferred the call to tech support and waited another 45 minutes, finely I get to talk to someone, I tell them my problem they ask for the chip number I give it to them, they said that I’m not activated so after get that done had to activate all my apps and password by the time I got finished was 6:30pm.so make sure before you leave the store to check your reviews recite for over charging and activation. He charged me 39.99 for a cheap plastic case cover, I personally don’t buy.
