Customer service was awesome at this location!!! They had tons of staff and we got assistance right away. Victor took care of us and he was definitely the right guy for the job!!! So happy this location is open again.

First off, they answer their phone very quickly I had gotten graded base over the phone and decided to head into the store to make a purchase! I had come in for the least profitable sale that they offer and I was treated exceptionally well. I purchased a pay-as-you-go hotspot and was able to get in and out very quickly. After the first month I had missed placed all of my notes for login information as well as my account credentials.This is where the phenomenal service began, I stopped in and Farit (Astor Manager) helped me very quickly and spent A great deal of time pulling together all my data and getting my plan resurrected.A few days later after reviewing all my previous account history online, I learned that I was actually on a different type of account than when I first set it up so I went back to the store for more support.Lucas, the Retail Sales Support Manager jumped in, actually called Farit to verify we could make the changes and we got everything squared away perfectly.If these people can go to these lengths for the least profitable customer that walks in the door imagine what they could do for a business or new cellular customer. It’s clear that the merger between T-Mobile and Sprint is a good thing in the mobile tech field!
