I came here to get help on a lost/stolen phone. I was having trouble getting my PIN number. I had been told by customer service to go into the store to receive my PIN number. Guest service was super helpful so when I went into the store I expected nothing but nice people and people willing to help. I was greeted by Jose who was not friendly and not helpful what so ever. He told me he could not help me get my account info as my ID had expired yesterday(on my birthday) even though he told me my balance on my account but not any other info?He didn’t seem to want to help what so ever. I ended up going to the other Escondido location and was greeted and helped instantly and was told there was no reason that Jose should have not been able to help me. Very disappointing that I had to go out of my way to get help from another location bc he didn’t want to do his job. Not a welcoming store what so ever and he should be spoke to about this. I come from sales and this was no way to treat a paying customer.
