This place is just another T-Mobile store… With all the access, and options you have online, there’s no need to go into a store…. But the two dudes that helped me out… (I’m sorry but I’m bad with names) but those 2 dudes were awesome, very helpful, knowledgeable, informative, patient, and welcoming…. And that is something you can’t find online…. Thanks allot guys, keep up the good work, it’s people like you that keeps a business always running. God Bless.

There seems to be a lack of understanding between this store and what T-Mobile offers their customers online. Wanted to get a $15 prepaid plan (as advertised online), was told to go to the store for a SIM card. Waited 30 min at store only to be told that they don’t have these prepaid plans.
