Couldn’t even point me in the direction of the chargers and then wanted me to wait 2 hours to buy one!! I understand checking in and getting in line for a phone purchase and a plan but a charger takes 2 seconds! Very short staffed!!

Today we care and purchased a new phone and were helped by the best employee here “Bill”. Very patient and very helpful. I want to go ahead and note that the so called managers “Jazmin” & “Christian” were very annoying interrupting Bill as he was helping us and they even stepped aside and murmuring about us and Bill because the process was taking longer than expected. I saw you both you could’ve made it LESS obvious that was VERY unprofessional.
