The manager Roy is so rude and not helpful at all. Very disappointed that they could assign someone with his character as manager. I went in for a routine screen protector replacement (which I’ve done multiple times at different stores) and Roy turned me away stating that I bought the screen protector before I had P360 coverage on my phone and therefore the screen protector replacement isn’t covered because the dates did not match. Screen protector was purchased February and my P360 did not take effect until July. Turns out I did have coverage way before July except there was an update to my protection in July. Had he looked into my protection history and seen that I did have continuous coverage way before February this could’ve easily been resolved and my screen protector could’ve been replaced. Instead I had to purchase a whole NEW screen protector that cost $53, go back and forth to their store, speak to T-Mobile rep multiple times, and had to deal with his rudeness and unwillingness to help. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. They do not care about their customers.
