So disappointed in my experience at this location.

I don’t know who gave them 5 stars, I’m pretty sure those are insiders or paid people, but not real customers. This place is a huge mess. Their manager doesn’t waste time working on efficiency and quality customer service. Also, I noticed that associates give priority to Spanish speaking customers. I was in the line, but associates (who spoke Spanish) served two people (also Spanish speakers) who were behind me first. I was asked to wait (no one knows why). I wasted 3.5 hours dealing with the associate who did not know what to do, she was new and kept waiting and asking the manager questions, she was not properly trained, did not have information, and her equipment did not work. The manager was there and saw what was going on, but she did not care that I was waiting and not being served properly. She approached our desk once and mumbled something to the associate and quickly left. The associate kept waiting for when the manager will come and help. In the end, after 3.5 hours I left that place with nothing. If your time is of value, don’t waste it going here.

Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had with a phone store, the two young ladies that assisted us were Selene and Vanessa. They were so incredibly patient, respectful, kind and just all around helpful with all our needs. We were there for about 3 hours and they were doing the absolute most to make sure all our our needs were being taken care of, we could tell how much work they were putting in to make sure we got everything transferred over from our old provider to our new one. Though it took a long time, the energy in the store and the laughs we shared between each other made it such a pleasant experience. At the end we had our new plan, they explained everything very thoroughly that we had no unanswered questions or confusion once we left. I still appreciate all of their patience they had while assisting us, definitely some of the nicest young ladies I’ve had the pleasure of meeting.
